🔐 What's Required to Use PayLog

  • Google Sign-In is required to access the app.
  • All user data is stored in your Google Drive. No data is stored locally on your device.

👤 What We Access

  • Your name and email address – used to identify your personal Drive backup.
  • Access to a private Google Drive folder (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file) – used to save and restore your data.
We do not access or view other files in your Google Drive. We only manage files created by PayLog in its own app folder.

💾 How Your Data Is Stored

  • Your work records, settings, and history are stored exclusively in your Google Drive under a private app-specific folder.
  • If you uninstall PayLog, your data remains safe in Drive and will be restored upon reinstallation and login.
  • You may delete your Drive backup manually at any time.

🔧 Your Controls

  • Revoke Access Anytime: Remove PayLog's access from your Google account settings.
  • Delete Backup Files: Visit your Google Drive > "App Data" folder or use the app's "Delete Cloud Backup" feature (if available).

🚫 What We Don't Do

  • No ads
  • No tracking
  • No analytics
  • No data selling or sharing
  • No access to your other Drive files or emails
